Feedback Assessments and Check-ins
A significant focus of ours is on defining, creating, maintaining, and growing our culture in a way that aligns with our values and reaches our objectives. To this end, we believe that it is essential to keep improving over time through constant iteration.
Every 3 weeks, our feedback assessments and check-ins moderated by the People Lead offer the opportunity for members to set individual goals and reflect on their progress, inform fellow team members on how they might improve their teamwork and performance, and let lead committee know if the club experience is going well, and what could make it even better.
