Our Recruiting Process
Our objective is to find a place for all prospective members in our club. Rather than evaluating qualifications, we look for prospective members who express enthusiasm, commitment, and alignment with our values.
Our recruiting process consists of three phases. The first is a preliminary written application, to gauge sufficient enthusiasm and commitment. The second is a behavioral interview, to gauge sufficient alignment with our values and culture. The third is a group session, to gauge problem-solving, teamwork, and communication levels, and place prospective members in the appropriate positions. Select applicants are offered the opportunity to take part in our training programs.
